Riderz Army Terms and Conditions

1. Membership

1.1. Membership in Riderz Army is open to all motorcycle enthusiasts who agree to these Terms. 1.2. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information upon joining our online groups or registering for club rides. 1.3. Riderz Army reserves the right to deny membership or remove a member for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

2. Online Group Conduct

2.1. Our online groups are a platform for communication and information sharing among members. 2.2. You agree to post only content relevant to Riderz Army rides, events, and discussions. 2.3. Prohibited content includes: * Spam, promotional activities (except for approved partner offers). * Hate speech, offensive language, or personal attacks. * Fake news, misinformation, or misleading content. * Sharing contact details of others without consent. * Extensive chats or arguments within the group. * External ride announcements without prior admin approval. 2.4. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your login credentials.

3. Club Rides

 

3.1. Participation in Riderz Army club rides is voluntary and at your own risk. 3.2. You are responsible for ensuring your motorcycle is in safe operating condition and adhering to all traffic laws. 3.3. You must possess a valid motorcycle license and appropriate safety gear (helmet, etc.) for participation. 3.4. Riderz Army reserves the right to modify or cancel rides due to unforeseen circumstances. 3.5. By participating in a ride, you consent to being photographed or recorded, which may be used for promotional purposes by Riderz Army with your prior permission.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

4.1. Riderz Army is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during club rides or related activities. 4.2. You participate in rides and events at your own risk and assume all associated responsibility.

5. Indemnification

5.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riderz Army, its administrators, and other members from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or participation in club rides.

6. Modifications to the Terms

6.1. Riderz Army reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 6.2. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our online groups or website. 6.3. Your continued membership in Riderz Army constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms and your membership in Riderz Army shall be governed by and construed following the laws of India.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

9. Termination

9.1. Riderz Army may terminate your membership for violation of these Terms or any other reason deemed fit. 9.2. You may terminate your membership at any time by leaving our online groups.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Riderz Army regarding your membership and use of our online groups and participation in club rides.
